Internet not working?
If you can not access the internet, it means your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or your modem is not working.
- Try turning off your computer / router / modem etc and then starting them again 5 minutes later.
- Call your ISP and ask if they are having problems.
- Wait 10 minutes and try again. If there is a high load of users on the net at one time (ie. when the kids jump on after school) it can slow down so much it cuts out.

Questions about other programs or hardware?
Calls or emails requesting software or hardware support that are unrelated to the ezycat or ezyfolio systems are charged at an hourly rate of $88 per hour inc GST.under advice.
This includes non-system issues such as enewsletter setup, distribution and troubleshooting,MYOB, local MS Outlook errors, virus protection programs, and image processing.
